The choose of video becase, reminds me of quarantine.
I really like it because it's very good what to do.
in the video the girl shows us some weight loss exercises
but I chose it for cardio, not for weight loss.
do leg exercises, like squats
as you start the video stretch
exercises last 30 seconds or less
then they do an exercise in the q move from one side to the other
this viedeo I really did and it's tired.
but I didn't like that the exercises are very fast and there's no pause.
but overall it's okay
